By accessing or using Bookable.bio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Bookable.bio provides a platform for service-based businesses to create professional booking pages that can be linked from social media profiles. The Service includes page creation, service listing, booking management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered as a paid subscription at $19.99 per month. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with credit card required. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period and monthly thereafter unless you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your page will be unpublished but your data will be retained. You may reactivate your subscription at any time to republish your page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
• Use the Service for any illegal business activities

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including business information, images, and service descriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
